When dropping off a dog...
 Please follow all signs and keep your dog leashed. |
Come on into the room and put him in one of the 3 pens available. You can put all of his stuff in with him and the stuff you do not want in his pen i.e. treats, medications, paperwork just put outside of his pen in the blue pocket bags and clip board on the front of each pen. It is very important for me to know of any changes since the last time your pet was here so please let me know by leaving a note on the clip board. You will also need to confirm your check out date and time by leaving that info on the clip board so I can be ready for your return or have your dog ready if you are using this room on your way out too. Leaving a cell phone number is very helpful for this and other reasons. Please be sure to update your contract when you move, change phone #'s or change emergency contact people.
If I do not have adequate or up to date information on your pet’s vaccination history I will need to up date him and you will be charged accordingly. Help me by giving this updated information.

When picking up your dog or cat...
You will find your invoice on the front of your dog’s holding kennel or your cat’s condo on a clip board. Please leave your payment in the payment box next to the front door for dogs or on your clip board for cats. I only accept cash or check. You need to put cash only in an envelope provided you by the payment box. Make sure it is filled out so I know who has paid. All checks can just be dropped in the box with the pet’s name in the memo portion if your name does not coincide with what name I have on file (on top of your invoice) as the pet’s owner. Load up your stuff and you are done! Welcome home.

When dropping off a cat...
Come on into the cat room, not the doggie drop off room. Your condo will be ready for you with her water bowl and litter box. You set up her things any way you would like. Put her in and fasten her condo door. You can put all of her stuff in with her and the stuff you do not want in her condo i.e. treats, medications, paperwork just put outside of her condo. Make sure to fill out your paperwork that may be left there for you. It is very important for me to know of any changes since the last time your pet was here so please let me know by leaving a note on the clip board. You will also need you to confirm your check out date and time by leaving that info on the clip board so I can be ready for your return or have your cat ready to go if you will be doing a self check out..

Otherwise please leave your payment in the payment box next to the front door for dogs or on your clip board for cats. We only accept cash or check.
