All pets receive the same benefits of love, play and outdoor activity whether they are boarding (over night) or daycare (just for the day) so all costs apply the same.
I board pets for days, weeks and even months. Long term boarding can become quite challenging for any good facility as we want to keep the pet’s mind and body stimulated and happy. To achieve this I offer several choices of complimentary services. The longer the stay, the more services you and your pet have to choose from.
Pets will be charged a full day's fee for their first day regardless of the time they are dropped off.
Pets picked up by 11am will not be charged for that day of check out.
Pets picked up after 11am will be charged a full day unless it is only one overnight. You will not be charged a full day on your pick up day but rather a late pick up charge of $10/pet.
Owner agrees to pay a cancellation and processing fee if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to drop off day. Owner agrees to pay a non refundable deposit of 50% of board fee which is applied to the boarding for holiday reservations. Those holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break and the dates between Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. ***All reservations are subject to a non refundable $25 processing fee.

DOGS per day
1 single dog is charged $20.00 a day. Extra large breeds***call for quote
2 dogs from the same family in the same pen receive a discount of $5.00 so $35.00 ($17.50/dog).
3 dogs from the same family in the same pen receive a discount of $7.50 so $52.50 ($17.50/dog).
PUPPY or any dog not potty trained $5 extra per day
***I have not ever liked or really understood what a ‘processing fee’ was about or for other than to make someone some unnecessary money. Unfortunately I have learned over the years why this is necessary and it has become a part of my business due to the time I spend securing your reservation, getting to know all about your pet(s) particular and individual needs and desires whether over the phone, through emails, snail mail and tours. I am more than happy to provide this individualized care and pride my business in doing just that so I ask that you appreciate the time involved and understand the compensation due when a cancellation is made. CATS per day
1 single cat is charged $16.00 a day residing in 1 condo.
2 cats from the same family in the same condo receive an $8.00 discount so $24.00 ($12.00/cat).
*Our condos were not built with the intention to accommodate 3 cats so we ask that you book a deluxe condo for all 3 kitties’ comfort. The deluxe condo has a door (much like the double room concept in motels) that allows for double the space of the single condo so $40.00/day for 3 cats. Many clients prefer the deluxe for their 2 kitty family so they have the option to set up one room as their living and eating space and the other room for their potty needs. This cost is simply double the single rate so $32.00/day.
Extra Costs your pet may incur:
- Pet Shuttle to and/or from home time and distance dependant $5.00 - ?
- Vet trip charge if your pet needs routine care including expired vaccination(s) or inadequate proof provided to us for vaccination(s), becomes ill or requires medical attention we can not provide. Travel time, time spent at vet and all relative bills are the owner’s responsibility. A minimum fee of $20.00 applies.
- Extra large breeds require more feed and most require more water treatment due to the ‘slobber effect’ as I like all dogs to have clean water all the time. Call for a quote on your specific extra large breed boarding.
- Quick Release Collar rental $3.00/stay
- Crate rental for potty training purposes $5.00/stay
- Continual non potty trained dog clean up $5.00/day.
- Habitual dropping off or picking up your dog not on a leash
- Vet bill and/or doctor or treatment costs associated with your dog causing damage to another dog and/or a staff member.
- Doctor bills or treatment costs if your cat causes damage to a staff member or property.
- Damage to our facility or property $ incident dependant
- In house vaccination of Bordetella $10.00 and/or Frontline $15.00 for dogs & cats. Please refer to External Parasite Program
- Oral medication $0.25 - $0.50 – time dependant per delivery as we use Pill Pockets for less stress to your pet but few don’t eat them and some meds are so many that it takes more care/risk to give orally when wet food or Pill Pockets don’t do the trick
- Medication application in any other form than oral - time dependant
- Dietary requirements beyond dry kibble $0.25 - $0.50 per meal – time dependant (applies to dogs only) some dogs require kibble/canned/wetted down/pulled up/pills added etc…
- Dietary supplementation due to pet going off his diet or not getting adequate nutrition/caloric requirements
- Bone for chewing if need arises due to mental stress and/or anxiety. We have many healthy options in house.
- Increase in daily rate if your dog can not be socialized $5.00
- Hand walks if your dog
- Tries to escape our yards through jumping our fence or digging under the fence
- Displays excessive barking outside that can not be controlled
- Fence fights
